Cancellation Policy

Artist Discount & Participation Policy By confirming participation and/or submitting payment under an artist discount, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Artist Discount Eligibility Artist discounts are extended at the discretion of the production team and are intended to support emerging and independent talent. Discounted rates are non-transferable and valid only for the artist or representative approved at the time of issue. Misuse or sharing of discount codes may result in forfeiture of eligibility or cancellation of participation. 2. Non-Refundable Payment All deposits and payments made under discounted or promotional offers are non-refundable. Rescheduling or credit requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to production availability. 3. Professional Standards Participants are expected to maintain professionalism throughout the production process. This includes timely communication, adherence to call times, and respect for staff, media, and fellow artists. Late arrivals, failure to comply with direction, or disruptive conduct may impact eligibility for future participation. 4. Photo & Video Release By participating in this production — including but not limited to New Music Wednesdays, The Next Up Experience, or any related media segment — you grant full permission for your name, likeness, voice, image, and performance to be recorded, photographed, filmed, and used in connection with the project. You authorize the producers, affiliates, and partners to use this content in any form of media — including broadcast, digital, print, and promotional materials — worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation. 5. Content Usage All photo and video assets captured during production remain the property of the production company and may be used at its discretion for marketing, editorial, and commercial purposes. Artists may share approved content for personal promotion, provided it is not altered, misrepresented, or used in paid advertising without written consent. 6. Agreement Participation and/or payment serve as acknowledgment and acceptance of this policy. Please review carefully before proceeding. By attending, performing, or submitting under any artist discount, you consent to all terms outlined above.
