Cancellation Policy

Artist Invite Only Participation Policy By accepting this invitation and confirming your participation, you agree to the following: 1. Invite Only Access This invitation is exclusively extended by the New Music Wednesdays / Next Up Experience team and is non-transferable. Access is limited to the approved artist and registered guests. Misuse or sharing may result in denied entry. 2. Arrival & Production Flow This is a live, curated production. Call Time: 6:00 PM Recommended arrival: on or before 6:30 PM Timely arrival ensures full participation. Arrivals beyond 6:30 PM may limit access to media opportunities, performance placements, and key production moments. Production moves in real time and segments will proceed as scheduled. 3. Professional Presence Artists are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, including being prepared, following production guidance, and respecting the environment and fellow participants. 4. Media & Production Participation This is a filmed experience. Participation may include interviews, performances, and background footage. Placement is based on production timing and readiness. 5. Photo & Video Release By participating, you grant permission for your name, likeness, voice, image, and performance to be recorded and used across digital, broadcast, and promotional platforms worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation. 6. Content Ownership All content remains property of the production and its partners. Artists may share approved content for promotion but may not alter it misleadingly or use it for paid advertising without written consent. 7. Agreement By attending and participating, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
